The design process focused on creating a playful and approachable shape with vibrant, exciting color variations that appeal to kids and parents alike. We crafted a fun name, “The Grom,” and designed eye-catching packaging to stand out on retail shelves. Every detail, from the shape to the colors, was chosen to inspire fun and adventure in the ocean.

The development phase involved countless sketches, foam models, and a highly technical 3D model that was turned into a mold. By collaborating closely with our factory partners, we perfected the manufacturing process, enabling production of up to 200 boards per day. This efficient production capacity ensured we could meet growing demand without compromising on quality.
